Bird Nest - A delicacy in Chinese Cuisine, believed to promote good health and beauty. In the past, only the wealthy families could afford Bird Nest. As Bird Nest is a much sought after luxury, many vendors have succumbed to their own personal gains and in the process, the quality of the Bird Nest were compromised greatly. However, at 雪, we believed that no one should settle for anything lesser than the best.

All our Bird Nest are harvested from Borneo Malaysia and contains no preservatives; unlike the bottled Bird Nest that were being mass-produced in the market. Like the imperial chefs of the past, let us shoulder the hassle of the whole preparation process and let us delight you with our selection of Bird Nest Products.

All our Bird Nest (dessert) are freshly cooked and served. We have product sizes to cater to your mood and occasions. We also sell Dry Bird Nest, so if you would like some, please do not hesitate to contact us as well!
